Silobank Platform Structure
Silobank is a financial technology platform operated by Silo Merchant Services. The platform provides access to payment infrastructure, merchant tools, onboarding workflows, and financial technology services made available through licensed partners.
Silo Merchant Services provides technology, software, workflow, and operational support only. Silo Merchant Services is not a bank and does not directly provide banking, lending, or custodial financial services.
Licensed Financial Role
Money transmission services are provided by SBCF, a licensed Money Services Business (MSB) in the State of Mississippi, subject to authorized jurisdictional coverage and applicable law.

Silo Merchant Services does not hold customer funds directly. Regulated financial services, including money transmission and settlement, are performed by SBCF in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.

Merchant activation and underwriting requirements
Merchant access to processing and settlement features is conditional and subject to review.
Activation Requirements
- All merchants are subject to underwriting prior to activation.
- All merchants are subject to Know Your Business (KYB) review.
- All merchants are subject to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance checks.
- All users and merchants are subject to identity verification and screening under applicable AML, KYC, and KYB rules.
- Use of the platform remains subject to all terms, compliance requirements, and regulatory approvals.
Operational Controls
Settlement timelines, processing limits, and account functionality may vary based on risk profile, transaction activity, regulatory requirements, and internal compliance review.
Risk, delays, reversals, and platform limitations

Transaction Monitoring
Transactions processed through the Silobank platform may be subject to delays, reversals, or holds based on risk monitoring, fraud prevention measures, or regulatory requirements.
Restriction Rights
